  3. yeah I hear ya haha I think it’s human nature to want stuff like that… it’s beneficial to store it up in case there is famine. But I don’t think doing it sometimes is bad. If you restrict too much then you just want it even more :( I don’t keep that stuff in my apartment (hence I don’t drink coke that much, cause I don’t have it here) but of course now and then I’ll grab a Snickers :D

  4. i get that a lot, like sometimes i just have to have something sweet, and ofc, there is always something in the house that i can shove down that is like 80% sugar. i’m not fat or anything, but i do think that i should grow out of this habit b4 i do get fat :(

  5. haha thanks :) I do eat out sometimes ;) but yeah I watch these type of channels a lot and try to do my best. Some days it super sucks though… cause I just want some damn fries. Hola.

  7. Also another thing that might be it; if you eat big meals your stomach expands and gets used to eating that much. If you eat small meals your stomach shrinks and gets used to it, so when you eat a bigger one, like a value meal, which I would consider big, you feel too full. I think a normal sized meal is about 1 medium sized chicken breast and 1 cup of broccoli, and then maybe another small side like rice, maybe 1/2 cup. Again though I’m really tiny, 100 pounds and 5′ tall.

  8. Maybe, but I didn’t really elude to how much I eat. I usually don’t eat 1 value meal and that’s it, I hardly ever eat out. But when I do I find it to be so much food that it makes me kind of sick. But this is probably bc I eat small meals throughout the day, not huge ones full of carbs and fat which will just bloat you up. So I think it has more to do with that. I drink carbonated beverages maybe… once a month. If that. So I just think my body isn’t used to them, esp. the huge amount of sugar.

  11. She’s right BUT she said that eating a few apples vs. drinking a soft drink will make you a lot more full, well not me, I can hardly finish a soda at all, it makes me feel SO full. And, same thing with the value meal, she said you’d be hungry a few hours later, not me, holy crap, I can barely finish one, I usually don’t, and it’s usually the only thing I eat that day. But then again I’m 100 pounds and 5′ tall :)

    i just prefer coke ;) AND id rather eat 1 value meal then 20.5 apples. there will never be that many trees in the entire world to give so many apples. :P heheh but insane how many calories the junk food has, now i got an idea if its compared to apples :P:)

  19. umm mabey i dont want to eat the actual orenge because mabey it will make me to full to eat the rest of my food mabey id like to have the flavor of an orange wile quenching my thirst mabey orange juice is one of the healthyest drinks you could have mabey i cud just have a gatorade because mabey i h8 bananas

  23. im talking about the potasium from the banana plus the sugar and liquid from gatorade. so both would be better. but im talking about before a game because drinking gatorade for no reason is just stupid. im 13 and i dont are about dieting because im not fat i play football and lacrosse so iwould need both

  24. You won’t need all that sugar unless you are extremely athletic otherwise it will just go to fat storage.

  25. holy shit. maybe a gatorade and a banna would be better then jsut one. because then u would have more eneergy plus u would be hydrated after or before sports
